DESIGN AND SALES: We charge hourly fees for design development and offer quotations for products specified. We work with our clients to develop a scope of services from which we can estimate the cost of design services for a project. This initial study — or outline — can be modified, then a preliminary budget developed. After a budget review, time-lines are identified for project implementation.
INTERIOR DESIGN IS A PROCESS. It includes:
- Identification: Summarizing our client's needs.
- Research: Accumulating data.
- Creativity: Pure design as well as incorporation of existing elements.
- Skills: Drafted documents, business organization and follow-through.
- Management and Review: Working with on-site contractors, craftspeople and technicians.
For most projects, documentation is organized in a notebook format. Duplicate notebooks are given to our clients for project reference and future referral. This way, our design direction is clearly understood and maintained.
